VIP Add On - Not Working

Hello,

I have purchased the VIP add on, which includes the Veneno amongst other cars, but it is not working when I try to go on to the ‘special’ VIP events, it says I need to purchase it again?

How do I get this sorted? Or please can you point in the right direction of where I need to go to get it sorted. Thank you.

Have you made sure that it is installed
Have you already collected the cars as well
Also try hard resetting your console properly as well
