Hi, nice to see some activity around here. You should specify what sort of tuner you’re looking for, might interest more specific skilled people. If you want my advice, do not judge tuning skills by ingame rank. All that legendary tuner rank means is that someone was on the game longer/tuned popular cars. I’ve seen people ranked legendary tuner with some absolutely awful drift builds on their storefront so definitely base judgement on tuner’s content rather than his/her rank. I consider myself above average tuner and am still freelance rank since I’ve only been on Horizon 3 for just under 2 months. It’s rather hard to gain rank now that the game is getting older. I’ve been grinding out some useful tunes for Horizon Edition cars lately hoping they would sell better but so far it’s mostly drift tunes selling without anybody rating as I’d expect. Hopefully you’ll find someone well oriented that’s still active & solo, I personally only know about 2 A grade tuners and they both have their own crews like me. Good luck!

If you’re looking for a tuner to follow look me up. I am already a co-leader in my current club and will not be switching, but I wish you and your club the best of luck.
If still considering, while i am not a legendary tuner my tunes have gotten me to top 100 placements in rivals on point to point events in s2 and top 500 placements in point to point rivals in s1. My tunes generally involve awd and can be used in any class as long as i can tune the gears properly. Look me up in game, however bear in mind that all my tunes are shared with a friend that helps me with r&d so he would need to join as well.
I got 1 show spec car but its for show. Don’t know how well it can do in a race but its drivable. Look up an s2 458 Ferrari speciale. You will see my 1500hp Ferrari. Tell me what you think.
Also made a 1997 rx7 900 hp s1. Was built special for adventures.
