Variable weather - more weather options

Hello everyone.
In update 12.0, weather slots were added to have a more dynamic weather! Here are the current weathers that you can use with this feature:

Partly Cloudy
Overcast
Cloudy
Looming Clouds
Thunderclouds
Lightning Clouds
Patchy Fog
Thin Fog
Dense Fog
Summer Drizzle
Drizzle
Light Rain
Moderate Rain
Heavy Rain
Rain Thunder
Rain Lightning

But, i would like to have more weathers available.
For example: clear, mostly clear, etc.

Bigger problem is that only dry OR wet options available for the new weather slots.
