UPDATE! - Correct data for cars specs

Hi there,

I don’t know if I am the only one that noticed some issues with the cars and real life specs. I truly love the Forza Motorsport games. I am playing FM6 non stop, but I am not the typical gamer that is only playing career mode (I love free play). I am a real car fanatic in real life and thats the reason most of the Forza fans are playing this game. I tested several supercars in real life. I really love it to clock the times/sprints of different cars. To compare it with other cars it is really important that we’re using the right specifications for the cars. I immediately noticed the following issues (example):

Audi RS3 8P 2011 - Only build with S-tronic gearbox (DQ500 transmission to be precise). In the game the car shift so slow if you compare it with the Audi S3 8V 2015. If you do a drag race with these cars then the S3 totally outruns the RS3.

BMW M235i 2014 - manual or automatic (ZF8 transmission). In the game the racer is shifting with the steering paddles, so you will think its an automatic. But when you notice the shifting time, its obviously a manual. The in game dashboard should be a manual instead of using the automatic dashboard. It would be great if they create the car with automatic, but then the car need to have 8 gears and faster shift times.

Another strange thing is that de A45 AMG is faster than the BMW M4 F82 in a straight line.

One last thing and I think this is most important of them all. All cars with a turbo have too loud dumpvalve sound! Most manufactures are suppressing these kinds of sounds in real life. Just give some throttle input with a car containing a turbo and you will notice immediately that the turbo sound is to much in your face like some boy racer sound.

These are some examples from what I have noticed till now, for further question please don’t hesitate to contact me. I really hope that its possible to fix these things.

Many thanks.

Kind regards,
Ryan
