I thought I saw a post here somewhere with a new setting to add a mirror to any game view. Is that wrong? I canât find this in settings.
Itâs in the graphic options. Not in HUD or Gameplay.

I just played the second part of the corvette career. Damm that AI is alien fast on max difficulty. Not sure how theyâve done it, Iâm sure theyâre not having tyre wear but the leaders are rapid straight from the off. They also seem to be more willing to go for overtakes (slightly).
When the AI has been quick in the past itâs been because of a PI increase, not in this series. Weirdly didnât notice much of a difference in the road car. Maybe I just suck at GT cars.
Anyone else noticed it?
I only play at difficulty 4 and noticed that they always are much much faster in the first lap for whatever reason than in the rest of the race.
Itâs definitely needs work but really glad there adding this even with the limited technology itâs a good start
Patch notes of this game are wildly inaccurate. I did all of the new Career races that are available so far (40) on hardest difficulty and didnât notice any significant improvements. AI is still not aware of their surroundings and crashes into you/ramms you off corners, still falls back after overtaking, still almost never overtakes, still not affected by tire wear, still has unrealistic top speed and acceleration, you can still force AI to drive off the track by rewinding etc. etc.
AI seems a bit overtuned here and itâs mostly noticeable on the Daytona Race. Despite having max PI, running low aero settings and cutting the bus stop I couldnât catch up to the lead due to having way more accel and top speed than me. The only way for me to win this race was to cause a wreckfest on Turn 1.
Yes itâs more noticeable there . I won it at second attempt, starting 3rd no aero long 6th gear. They canât / wonât do the bust stop if youâre in the lead so they get gapped
Iâm not too sure tbh. Have you checked out the telemetry to see if thereâs more HP.? The Ai I was chasing round Atlanta was taking some immaculate lines. Youâre defo right on the tyre wear

Maybe check the tab where you can switch between the different game modes like Performance RT, Performance and Fidelity, or itâs where you can adjust your HDR settings or something. I canât imagine only PC users have that.
@T10ManteoMax Does the option to turn on the rear mirror in every view/perspective exist for console gamers too, or itâs a PC only thing? Sorry for tagging you, but I guess you know such things.

I have surround sound. You talked about accuracy, to me that means the cars in the game sound like real life. I think theres many racing games that have cars that are pretty accurate but not all. Games like forza and gt have hundreds of cars, forza includes cars spanning a decade with the sound files to match that age.
Theres also the issue of file size, uncompressed sound files are very large and its one of the reasons why forza uses the same sounds on multiple cars. I think in some instances this is an acceptable compromise but sometimes its not.
Then theres some cars that just dont sound right at all, i couldnt tell you why that is though. I think after 4, the cars engines lost bass, i dont know if that was sacrificed for a specific reason, maybe it drowned out other sounds they wanted to highlight, who knows.
I still stick by my opinion that i wouldnt expect a game with 500+ cars to sound perfectly accurate, i feel the same way about the cars performance. Games with less cars have a higher capability of hitting thoae kind of targets.
