Is there a way to share a decal that you made as unblocked.

You can share any decal that you have made, unless it contains a decal or part of a decal that you have downloaded from the sharefront - in which case you cannot share it until you remove that downloaded part.

but no, you can’t share it as unlocked.
Too bad, I think it should be an option, but it isn’t.
