Hi, when I try to play FM7 on my Windows10 PC there is short loading screen and then “Unknown error occured. Please try again later”. So, after a research on the Internet I found out that this is typical problem for FM7 and FH4 and I tried some solutions, but nothing helps. First of all when I unplug my Internet connection then the game starts, but without any career progress ofc. Then I close the game, plug in my Internet and when the game starts it asks me if I want to chose offline save or cloud save - I choose cloud so I can restore my progress. Game synchronizes and reaches 100% but right after that it shows again the same error. I don’t want to start from scratch again…
That’s my progress. I know it’s not much, but still I would rather not repeat all the races.
So after contact with support I got the message that my cloud save is damaged and I cannot be retreived. So I’ve started new game and I’m slowly regaining my career progress. The Guy from support also sent me very generous gift inside the game

However i do not know much about pc’s and i only tried out fm7 and fh4 with xbox game pass. So i deleted the game and moved on.
I really did enjoy playing those games and i tried the trial for fm7 today. Same problem. I havent gotten far into the game so i wouldn’t mind restarting…
Can you link me to a website that could help me start over? Or explain how i could start over if you don’t mind?
