Unfair Forum Moderation

I’ve notice that quite a few people (including myself) have recently experienced an unfair ban issue within Forza.

For me this issue not only banned me from sharing my content but it deleted hundreds of my shared designs from my storefront - content I had spent a painstaking amount of time creating.

Anyway, each time this topic has been posted in a form recently a moderator has quickly jumped in and closed the thread stating that such matters are not to be discussed in forums and that alternatively a support ticket should be submitted.

I’m not sure what other people have been experiencing but I have found that support tickets are rarely answered by Forza.

In this instance I submitted a ticket for my ‘random ban’ issue over a week ago and received no reply, yet my forum thread was instantly addressed and closed down.

If Forza don’t reply to support tickets then isn’t it only fair that we have the right to discuss these issues with the community?

It is unfair that we can’t have a forum to be heard when Forza turns its back on us.

if anyone has some advice to offer please message me because no doubt this post will be closed down in a matter of hours.
