Unable to start game "LOAD FAILED"

I re-installed Forza 7 after several months and was greeting with the intro screen of studio 10 and microsoft.
Then when it tries to load the save game it says "LOAD FAILED:
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. An error occurred while loading your save data. Please full quit the game and restart it. You save may not be corrupted but if you wish to start a new game, you can delete your save data. Contact forzafb@microsoft.com for more information.

I tried to delete the save data from: %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.ApolloBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs and also restart the game.
Nothing helped, please assist.

Also tried XBOX chat support. They verified I have a valid license for the game, then sent me here.

I have the same issue and a topic here. Just getting ignored too.

I bought this game a few weeks ago and even at the discounted price I was still disappointed with it. It will be the last Forza/Turn10 game I buy.
