My sincere apologies as I only speak english, but welcome to the forum!! The error code you have brought up is known as the terredo/ipsec error code (0x0000000). Here is a link to a Microsoft Community help page with some helpful tips I helped people with in the past (Redirecting) Typically below which was on the website helped solve this issue for them.
- Go to services configuration (Win+R ->msconfig ->Services)
- Sort services by manufacturer
- Untick all services by National Instruments
- Press “OK”
- Reboot

I didn’t find National Instruments there
Perhaps maybe trying to disable your firewall? I know it sounds weird but it has contradicted with others as well.

We tried turning off the antivirus but it didn’t work.
Yea I am not 100 percent sure what else to try I recommend trying everything on the microsoft support page I had sent then submit a ticket… they usually take 1-4 days in my experience to reply. They are off on the weekends though so that is important to note
