I must have hit some random key sequence that turned on a narrator that now tells me where my cursor is and menu options. I know I am missing something but I cannot find how to turn this off. I’ve tried a number of different things with no luck. How can I get it to shut up? Also, what did I hit to turn it on?
It was in settings forget what under but it’s called narrator so you should be able to find it. Same for me it was on for me for some reason
This is not game-related but a setting in the Xbox One Dashboard/Settings. Once you navigate to the left pane in the Dashboard, select Settings/All settings and then go to the very bottom for Ease of access. Narrator is the top-left box.
I think I turned it off with Kinnect too…I remembered it came on and startled me. It happened again and I think I was able to use "Xbox Narrator off"or turn off or something like that.
I just experienced the samething once Forza Horizon 4 Menu displayed
and I checked my Xbox One settings and that wasn’t it.
Next I tried seeing if there was a solution for turning it off on YouTube, again, no help.
so I begin exaggerating thinking that a hacker hacked my system
I even made sure the reading text narrator wasn’t installed. thankfully it wasn’t.
I even went through the FH4 settings itself and found nothing
