BMW M3 GTR, (You’ll know it as the 2005 M3) Stock Engine RWD, This Car cannot Turn for [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]. It Has A Lot of Understeer and Struggles to turn every Bend, Making it a Crappy Turning car. I do not want it to be a drag car. I don’t have TCR on, (If it does Something to understeer) Some1 plz explain why the hell my car cant turn

Yes, but I want to use my Own Tune, not someone else’s Un-upgradable one.
Is it the Differential or the Camber I’m Not setting right? or is it something entirely else

It’s been a week since you posted so I don’t know if you still need help but here goes.

There often isn’t a “quick fix” for a handling issue, as everything is complicated and interconnected.

That being said, this “cheat sheet” may help you out:

Bear in mind also that tuning is less important in Forza Horizon titles than it is in Forza Motorsport titles. What’s more important is the set of Upgrades you install (known as “the Build” by Forza Tuners); a car can be very fast in Horizon with the right Upgrades and default Tuning numbers.

They all have an impact on the maneuverability of a car. Look it up or read the description of the parts in game to learn more then make your own tune.

try setting the diff decal to about 10%

Apart from experimenting with different tunes, you may also want to adjust steering linearity from the advanced controller options.
