Maybe they could add tractor pulls and lawn mower racing. Since Drones were introduced in Horizons I suppose that’s viable as well.
I’m going to hold out for Outlaw Sprints and swamp buggy racing.
Any “motorsport” that uses judges and grades you for style has more in common with figure skating and ballroom dancing than racing. That is however just my opinion, your mileage may vary.
Who cares? It’s fun. All anyone is asking for are things that have been in every forza since 2, a community has been built up and now it’s gone.
I have a small issue with your logic here. If all the drifters got refunds, why would Turn10 add features for them after they’ve all left?
I wouldn’t call drifting a motorsport, its more of a competition. If they used sensors and stuff rather then using judges, then it would be professional. But drifting, the best isn’t the definite winner, it falls into the same category as snooker, darts, diving, figure skating and synchronised swimming as not quite sports.
Still if it can be done with a car it should be in the game, drifting, touge racing, GT style driving missions, licence tests and coffee breakes, gymkahana, hillclimb, sprint racing, enduros, drag, burnout competitions, car football, stunt driving and cruising. I still believe this game is about the cars first and foremost but let us do all the things cars can do.
