Tuned by Swerve (Should be #1 R824 Mercury XR-7)

I’ll update this list randomly or never. You never know with me! Lol.

All tunes posted for now are based on what I know works. Revisions are probable. I will note such.

Homologation Tunes:

-C475 Chevy Camaro. Tune name “Daytona”. Only high speed tracks.

  • C475 Chevy Camaro 1970. Tune name “accel tune”. Only for acceleration based tracks. Tops out around 150mph.
-C475 Chevy Camaro 1970. Tune name “grip”. Has lots of turn in. Some may not like that. Very quick.

  • R824 Mercury Cougar XR-7 Tune name “Daytona 24hr #4”. Looks like a #1 capable car. I suck in R class.

Hi there Swerve! Gave your tune (now I forgot which one I downloaded…lol…will check soon) a couple of runs, and, absolutely enjoyed it. Great handling, thus, I think it was probably the “grip” one. Thanks for sharing!

:+1: Anybody wanting to try how a great driving car feels like…this is it!

Thanks bud. They’ve all done well online and daytona tune literally laps the field in MP at one of the homestead tracks. I think I need a roll cage variant for Dubai and bernese though.

Also have tunes for 2011 wrx, dodge coronet (Very fast), and Audi tts. Always forget to update thread

Your welcome Swerve! Yeah, Dubai is a little tricky, so, cage should make sense for that track/class/car combo.

Will check out a couple of those tunes mentioned. I’ll check my garage…still grinding to get enough credits and tier level to get a solid foundation in the garage.

Swerve,
I found a bug in the game and it may affect your tunes.
If you have more than 1 tune for a car when you go into test drive to adjust the tune and make it better, any adjustments are being applied to both tunes. I believe the different parts installed stay the same but any changes to any settings is applied to both tunes ( including the one not on the car ) in essence making them both identical exept for the parts installed.
I posted this in a thread here in the tuning section and in the FM7 General page.

Update…if you load a tune to. The main menu and then go into freeplay adjust save and overwrite the file you adjusted and back out to the main screen it will work.
I was loading both tunes to compare them in freeplay and that was causing me my issue. That way is bugged somewhat.

Oh boy. Well now that is crazy. So never upload a tune in free play huh?

New tune up for Xr-7 mercury in R class. Currently #4 in world but would be #1 in R class vet hands.

All I know is if I beat ERS Hornet in R class, it only because of the car. This is a good car. It can be driven no TCS but is faster with TCS.

Edit: I have a bunch of other stuff posted and will update soon.

That would be a good idea Swerve.
I have had some strange things happening changing and adjusting tunes in freeplay.
Some posts said it is just a false display for the tune. Others said it defaults to stock…not sure what is happening but I am extra careful in freeplay and only change tunes in the main menu.
I hope you don’t run across any of these but I wanted to at least let you know.

BTW…you have done GREAT tunes and I have several.

Thanks!
