It’s probably another mistaken promo like the AMG One FE.
I wouldn’t worry about it. They’ll probably realise the mistake and remove it like they did with the AMG.
Though that took forever after months / years of postings on the forums…

There’s a truck in the RA intro IIRC. Not sure if it’s this one they’re referring to. I also wouldn’t know how to take a pic of it.
Tried that race intro a few times in the past - picture never gets to be taken.
Gave up on that.
I think it’s the truck in the intro cutscene. What I think has happened is that someone had to add the new cars to the Horizon Promo and just added ALL of them without checking whether they were playable, traffic or mission only cars seen in-game.

Take a photo of the Donut Hi-Low “To the rescue” transport truck of the defective low car.
Nope, not that one. This is about the one that has the blank white space for a thumbnail. The other three of four are captureable (?). Alejandra’s original from way back and the two Donut Media ones in the respective stories. The fourth one is a figment of our imagination… or a lack of care and proofing by the devs… not sure which.
