Trying to battle dat understeer

I’m. On my way out of town until Sunday, so I won’t be doing any more testing until then.
It appears that what I am tuning into my cars may not be lift throttle oversteer, based on what you are telling me. But, I am getting the effect I am looking for, which is assisted turning by lifting the throttle. I usually tune everything and then adjust tire pressure as required ( as long as temps are in range). Then, I spend several laps in Test Drive, on Catalunya or Road Atlanta, fine tuning my diff settings to achieve my comfort level for this effect. My tires don’t break loose, and the car is easy to control when I am finished (well, easy for me. It might be dreadful for someone else).
Like I said, I am probably creating an effect that is actually slowing me down. I believed it was oversteer, but I will take your word for it, since you are obviously faster than I am.

Try 100% on accel, 0% on decel. This is what I run on virtually on all my cars. JSR Rayzer JDM is the same.
Don’t be afraid to change the ARBs to 1 on the front, 40 on the rear. If it oversteers to much, wind it back until it gets to a nice balance for you.

I’m not having any trouble getting the desired effect out of my tuning. In fact I do quite well with tuning. I just noticed this topic and was looking for knowledge, and gained more than I had even hoped for. What I was mistaking for lift throttle oversteer is apparently not oversteer. My tunes assist my turns with just a slight lift on the throttle. I follow that up with acceleration that assists even more. It’s not anything drastic, just enough drag on the inside to pull the front in. Which means, I believe, that I can take a closer look at my tunes and probably get a little more acceleration through turns.
My tuning setups may be a little unconventional, but they work well for me, and I did quite well in the storefront with them in FM3 & FM4 (I haven’t really played FM5 yet) and I’ve had a few people enjoying my tunes in FM6, but I am always learning and trying to better understand the intricacies of tuning.
But I won’t be back in town until tomorrow evening. So I will have to wait to do any more testing.
I appreciate the input from all of you!

Peace
