Trouble with gaining access to cars I have bought in a car pack

I downloaded the September Pennzoil car pack and the cars are not showing up in my garage. I have been to the dealerships and they are not there either. For example, the two Vipers in the mentioned car pack are not available from the dealer anytime. What am I doing wrong, where am I not looking? I have been to every possible option on FM4 to find the cars after I have downloaded the car pack but cannot find them, at least the cars I really wanted. Suggestions? I am not too new to Forza 4, I have been playing for nearly a yr but don’t usually buy dlc’s. Don’t grill me too bad, I’m sure this is a simple fix. Thanks

Try going to your download history and download it again. Maybe it didn’t go through for some reason. If that doesn’t work, I’m not really sure. If he doesn’t respond here, send a pm to Snowowl. He’s one of the best here when it comes to these kinds of problem.

Thanks I’ll give that a try but I do have a dumb question I guess. Where is this download history? Is it on my 360 dashboard or within F4? The only one I know of is the active downloads screen and the list of all games that are downloaded to the hard drive.

Another thing is that you must wait for the download to complete in the pop up menu. Forza DLCs don’t go to the download queue, that pop up menu is it. If you close that menu the download stops.

Also, any DLCs that you purchase are not automatically added to your garage, you must still purchase the cars in game from the Buy Cars menu with CR or Tokens.

Thanks and that is exactly what I did which why I cannot understand why I can’t find the cars. I stayed in the pop up window for the duration of the download and once it was complete I went the dealership to finish the process but the Vipers I want are not there. I tried downloading again and going back to the dealership w/ same results. Mind=Blown

If you’re referring to the 3 “New” Vipers, they’re not under Dodge, they’re under Viper in the manufacturers screen.

Don’t feel bad, it originally caught me off guard too. When the 2013 GTS first got put into FM4 I was looking under S because it’s an SRT now (was? Supposed to be a Dodge again starting 2015 apparently…) and then found that it was under V for Viper. Yeah, in game it’s a 2013 Viper SRT Viper GTS. Quite simply, what the heck…
