Track Name (working title):
The Heart of Texas (fantasy track)
Circuit Length - 3.1 miles
Location: Arlington, Texas, USA.
Start/Finish Line is at the southern intersection of Cowboys Way and AT&T Way.
Pit Lane is to the left and uses the Blue 7 parking lot. Rejoins track at Cowboys Way.
Turn 1 (Heading East) would be a relatively quick right hander heading into the first heavy braking zone, a 90 degree left around Globe Life Field. Kinked straight going north leads to the second heavy braking zone, a left (Turn 3) from Ballpark Way onto the Nolan Ryan Expressway.
A short straightaway leads to a medium speed R-L-R chicane crossing Mark Holtz Lake which leads into the featured corner, ‘The Ace’s Slider’. This is taken the whole way around a la New York Full from earlier Forza games.
Heading back down the Nolan Ryan Expressway, Turn 8 is a 90 degeee right onto East Randol Mill Road. This is not straight, but T9 is flat and T10 is a medium speed right followed by another straight (maybe 500m tops?). Turn 11 is a 90 degree left onto North Collins Street, followed by Turn 12. This is another 90 degree left onto Cowboys Way. T13, 14 and 15 represents the high speed esses leading back to the start/finish line.
The only time the track will be particularly narrow is on the Nolan Ryan Expressway, as both directions are incorporated into the track. Since it’s a fantasy track, the median can be removed on both AT&T Way and E Randol Mill
Rd.
