This has been a long running issue since Forza Motorsport 2 on the Xbox 360. The Toyota badge should be mounted inside the upper vent of the bumper.
On the stock front bumper, the Toyota badge is completely missing. Despite it being present on the Toyota Celica 1800 VVT-i in the original Forza Motorsport.
