I’m playing FH4 on game pass. I don’t have hospital records. I’m wondering is the gamepass version limited? Do I have to buy the game to open that option?
You can purchase and use any of the DLC on the Game Pass version.
On FH3, hospital records was just a part of regular gameplay options. I didn’t need to purchase it as DLC. So am I understanding you to mean that hospital records on FH4 is DLC?

It’s one of the in-game radio stations.
I don’t have game pass, but I don’t have any DLC either and I have the station.

That is so weird. It totally isn’t an option for me. Does anyone know why that would be? I mean, it’s just as easy for me to uninstall and reinstall if that might be a possible fix. I mean, I’d rather not, that seems drastic.
