No, the Regera is for the BH challenge, which ends 1 week from now (and the cars will be gifted after the event). You probably received the Dodge Challenger as League reward I think.

I got my long awaited 2019 Hyundai Race Gear and a strange Chevy Monte Carlo Forza Edition in my Gift Box.
Sounds like you got the forzathon rewards since they were really easy one event per price.
I just checked - it’s the Monte Carlo SS Forza Edition with those absurd donk rims. And you apparently can’t put normal sized rims on, either. 
Lol i thought the same thing, why those ridiculously big rims 
… and then tried changing them but being FE i didn’t expect to b able to lol. I was excited until i seen the donk wheels tbh though lol.
I wonder if it was meant to be for April Fool’s Day. I’d say better late than never, but given how it’s a donk, maybe never was better.

Never got the Forza edition MONTE Carlo got the driver suit and my normal credits from Fridays thats all

Car? Got the Hyundai suit but no car…haven’t managed to unlock the Monte Carlo FE yet I wasn’t offered it as a level up reward either. Annoying that 2 chances of this car have passed me by. I kinda like the ridiculous wheels but I like the colour more lol is that a Chevrolet standard colour or exclusive to this car? What was the event to complete in order to get this as a reward?
Can I trade the absurd monte carlo fe for a 93 Mustang FE (fox body) instead?

No, it emulates a donk. The Impala emulates a lowrider and is much cooler, imo.

No, it emulates the worst customization trend in automotive history. Donk/box/bubble. Cutting up an otherwise perfect car, welding truck suspension to it, and installing rims that belong on trucks and SUVs.
