Yes V-man,how I received some of my points to get to lvl 12 since I could not do Apex,went back and got some more points but no extra yet,its only 50,000,i can live with out it,was just wondering.Also hope you are doing well old friend!!!
Took about 5-6 weeks for myself to get the weekly 500,000cr bonus for Tier 12.
As mentioned above a day or two after receiving my final 425k, there was a 2nd weekly reward for an additional 75k. Same thing happened to me when I was knocked down a Tier (reward amount), after they reworked the system I went from getting 425k to 350k. Upon my final 350k week, I had a second weekly reward for 75k.
So you may need to redeem that second 75k to have it set in. Start checking the Hub in the middle of the week for an additional 75k.
I already had all of the DLC and tokens that they gifted to everyone for past games and mine goes up the day i tier up. The gifted points count towards your total but don’t count towards your total(if that makes any sense).
A buddy of mine didn’t have 600 points for past dlc/tokens he now has to go 600 points past each tier before his rewards show up. So like I said it will show all the correct points totals and correct tier but you have to go however many “free” points you were gifted beyond to actually get the correct amount.
Definitely a glitch that has nothing to do with time and everything to do with it showing you with X number of points but only really counting Y amount of points.

Its been over a month for me and i’m still waiting
There’s lots of people in the rewards thread who have had the same experience as me. At both 2500 and 5000 points, I only got the midweek extra credits on the day my total passed 2500 or 5000 plus the free points. Are you sure you didn’t coincidentally gain extra non-free points and it was those that increased your rewards (the tier moves up with the free points, it’s the rewards that only change with the non-free points).
It’s further complicated now by there being a difference between getting the free points in return for a playing a game, which is how it was until recently, and how the system is now where you get the free points even for games you’ve never played. There seems to also be a difference between people who have a mix vs those who got them all for free recently upon creation of an xbox live account.
I don’t believe any of this is intentional, it’s just how it currently works.

After thinking about this for awhile,why give anyone points for dlc and tokens if you still need to get the amount of points needed to start with,some of us who could not play Apex or do much muti-player will never get them anyways,whole thing sounds kinda screwy.

wondering why i still only get 425k each week?
when this game released they dropped me to 375k for a week. i only needed a few points to reach 12, but that just put me back to 425k each week!
oh well, happy to get something!! this is turn10 we’re talking about, right!!
