i’m not sure whether the the wheel or the pedals are the problem, but adjusting the deceleration deadzones in game doesn’t work. i haven’t tried adjusting the steering deadzones, but all the force feedback settings seem to work, so i believe it’s just the pedals that can’t be adjusted. i’m probably not the only one with this issue, so i thought i’ld let you know in hopes it gets fixed before launch. if anyone knows a program i can download and run beside the game to adjust deadzone, i’ld love to hear about it.
Had the same issue, brakes locked on and changing the deadzone made no difference.
I have a Logitech G920 with Xbox One (original) and I have the same problem. Brakes set to 0-20 deadzones and fully pressed brake pedal is only at 75%. Clutch deadzones set to 15-80 and fully pressed clutch pedal is at 98.4%.
Thrustmaster TX decel deadzones not working for me either…
It’s happening even to xbox one controller, the deadzones aren’t working.
good to know i’m not the only one. hope they fix this. game has gone gold now, so fingers crossed it’s fixed in time for launch
Same here, Deadzones not working for accel or deccel…
Does anyone know if the devs have confirmed this as an issue and are going to address it?
I’m facing the same problem on the released version of the game: deceleration deadzone setting is ignored for my Thrustmaster wheel. Makes the game pretty much unplayable since I’ve “modded” the brake pedal so can only press it ~30%. Works perfectly fine in Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 2.
Same issue here. Ive made multiple tickets and emailed the support about this during the demo.
Hmmm, have they replied to any of them or confirmed they are looking into it?
I made a ticket 3 days ago - no response so far…
