There will be lot of inaccurate & wrong car detail from FM6 & FH3

None of this be corrected? so disappointed. shame on you. T10.

I was a little disappointed too at all the broken parts of some cars in the game as well. I would have thought they would have fixed these by now, especially all the dash related ones as there is a new dash-cam that only highlights these bugs, inaccuracies and glitches further

It’s even worse.
Ferrari 488 GTB’s active aero((under the rear diffuser) is not working.
there is no driver’s shifting motion on W Motors Lykan Hypersport.

2015 Mustang GT - Black frame around the rear lights is lightning up red when rear lights are on - This was never a problem in other Forza games
2014 VW Golf GTI - Side Mirrors shake like they will fall of above 100km/h

The Mitsubishi GTO’s speedometer doesn’t work. At first it seems it is reading in miles-per-hour as it matches the in-game HUD (which by itself is wrong since it should read kilometers), but as it goes higher it just gets slower to the point were it stops after the 80 mark. This was in FM6 if I’m not mistaken. Which means the Prelude Si probably has the same glitch, since this was a problem too in previous games.

Did I mention the Alfa 155 sounds like a V6/L6? It’s a 4-cyl and it has had the correct sound in previous games.

I guess it was not true!! Not only old problems and inaccuracies have been carried over, but new ones have appeared.

Somehow, they managed to re model the correct 2017 V8Supercar in Forza 6, but when FM7 came around, they made the 2013 car with completely different wheels that have never been on the car in it’s history.

FM6

2015 V8Supercar

FM7

2017 V8Supercar

And now for what we have, 2013/2014 spec.

I can sort of understand why the put updated liveries on models from older games to save time but this one really puzzles me. They’ve gone out of there way to remodel the car that didn’t need it unlike many others (2015 919, Merc BTCC, 458 GTE) when putting the 2017 livery on the FM6 model would have been fine. Instead we get a 2014 car with wrong wheels.

The Cadillac ATS-V has a mystery transmission with really annoying ratios. Especially 4th-5th-6th as 5th is comparatively short but 6th is such a heavy overdrive that it can’t pull in it.

It’s a 6-speed automatic… except the auto for ATS-V is an 8-speed. The ratios also don’t seem to line up with the standard ATS (non V model) 6-speed automatic from the early models. They also didn’t simply goof up and put the 6-speed manual ratios in the automatic, as the ratios are definitely not from the TR6060.

Kind of annoying because I like driving my cars stock, and in order to make it more “true” I had to put a racing gearbox in it with the TR6060 ratios, so obviously I can’t run it in free play events with upgrades turned off.

Porsche 918 cockpit view.
Tachometer and speedometer reflects on windshield through the dashboard back.
maybe dashboard made by glass?

I’m doing the Evolution open with it right now and OMG this is so annoying! The texture is both incorrect and very low resolution, making the cockpit view terrible.

At last, they fixed this. good job. but still lot of to do.

Dodge Ram FE has turn left indicator turned on.

Lol basically that’s how Batman sees

Porsche 928 windshield wipers and headlights disappear when using dash view.
Chevrolet Nova reverse lights always on.

The 2014 Honda touring cars both have missing animations for shifting. The driver only moves his hand to switch gears only once in while, most of the time the shifting happens without the animation. Also the grip of his hand is incorrect for the shape of the lever, so it looks really bad. Also, the LED rpm indicator on top of the steering wheel does not work. And from outside, while looking in from the front, the #2 car looks unfinished. As if there are no textures on the inside.

The BMW M4 Forza Edition, the car that people paid money for in the VIP pack, still says “Horizon Festival” on the side.

Surely when T10 copy pasted the Horizon Editions from FH3, especially for the VIP cars, they could have made an effort to take out or change any Horizon branding?
