The Xbox One Bug Thread. (let's crush these critters)

Since there are a few bugs in the game & crap loads of threads, I thought. I would try (probably won’t succeed) & make a thread to keep them in one place.

I have a few, to start it off.

  1. Matt paint jobs when in the hood view, revert to gloss finish. (Reflect the world)
  2. Drivatars bypassing checkpoints. (they should be reset like me)
  3. Weird physics when the car crashes/rolls. Video
  4. Photomode Advanced settings movement. Video
  5. Photomode height limit of 2m. (Probably not a bug but 2m :-/)
  6. Floating trees, here is one example & its map location. Video
  7. Shadows update at different rates. Example, Lamp posts update quicker than buildings.

The benifits of this thread are.

  1. less threads being made. (Less clutter)
  2. less bugs being reposted/repeated.
  3. easier for the devs to find & see the bugs.
  4. all round better, since all bugs are under one thread.

-mini lags/freezes while in single player free roam

-audio glitch that is causing engine sound to get hung up while driving. (makes it extra irritating if you drive manual like i do)

  • slow down/frame rate issue when looking around in cockpit view. This has happened several times with me now :confused:
  • Online play isnt great as the cars are zipping/flying around screen and contact seems off by a mile?

Why has this thread been merged with another one, that has issues with the 360 version? Now the title doesn’t match the bug reports.

(It’s why I put Xbox One in the title)

Also this thread or an official one for both the XB1 & 360 version (own thread, since there different engines) should be stickied so more threads aren’t created for the same issues already stated above.

Adding chassis reinforcment to the 2015 mustang makes the exauhst tips disapear.

Unable to go to Car meets. Not showing up on map and when I drive to one as my friend pointed it out for me, when I drive down the road to the car meet and kicks me back to the start of the road. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Why is the thread called the xbox one thread? When it’s mostly about the 360?

Xbox One Game Breaking glitch that prevents championship progress.

In my particular case, I have finished the Nice championship, I’m told to go to a car meet. Once I’ve done that, I’m supposed to unlock the Train showcase event, but nothing shoes up.

I am unable to continue with the game.

My bro is having this problem too! It sucks and I’m really trying to find a solution.

EDIT: Dude the solution is you gotta enter the Nice Car Meet, then you can do the Road Trip!

I am also having the car meets problem cannot access them just get kick back out. nothing show on map. im level 46 and 3 races to the championship final, most my friends are behind but have access any ideas?

Loss of entire garage.

My progress screen shows that I’ve only discovered 1 car meet, when I’ve been to all 6…do I need to complete a race at each one or something? And also the skyline r32 silent bug.
