Did it actually fail to get above 60 in practical use?
Speak to text worked fine here.
In your case it’s due to the stock final drive ratio limits it to <60 mph. That’s why it can’t calculate the values.
There is a bug too though that results in “failed” although the car reaches the needed speeds.
Certainly known since FM5, maybe even before. Often happens after fine tuning.
