Start Screen selection was added to FH5 with the Midnight Muscle update (Series 43) in January 2025:

It’s Lights Out and Engines on with Midnight Muscle.

Players can choose between the previous Horizon game start screens plus Italian Automotive and Horizon Retrowave series start screens, with the option a single choice or shuffling.
