Can I import image files to add to my designs?
No, neither the console or PC version of the game allows for image import, all designs have to be created with the in-game Livery Editor. See discussion thread.

This isn’t what I want to do. I’m not looking to import any designs. Maybe read the OP again? I’m just wondering if there is a way to access the in-game decal editor through the web.
