Temporarily Disabled...

Yea…I have been temporarily disabled from multiplayer, rivals, and league racing for over 5 months now since march and still have yet to get a response from this wonderful support that turn 10 has thanks to that great email they have that doesn’t do anything but remain useless to anyone who even gets near it. People getting mad about being banned for a week…try 5 months and not being able to talk to any kind of support about the status of even playing the game anymore you paid a ton of money to even play.

Send another email, and make sure you use this address: forzafb@microsoft.com

If you’ve been “temporarily disabled” and have not received an in-game ban message, describe what the message is when you’re trying to play those sections of the game, and also include any other gamertags which have been used on your Xbox One.

forzafb.microsoft.com is the correct email I have been using and yes all you get whenever you send things their way is the same automated message every single time…due to the volume of incoming emails…blah blah blah…

Sorry Sir but 5 months of trying to get ahold of this support is pretty much enough for this guy…disappointing because the game has come out with newer packs since that time and I haven’t even gotten to experience them due to not even being able to play the game…
