About 45 secs of Googling would have gotten you an answer instead of 26 days of asking the same question on the forum.
The marketing collaboration is between MS & Pepsico, which owns both Doritos & Rockstar. Codes from either get you the same Tankito reward in FH5. As the Pepsico sites states there will NOT be specially marked Doritos bags in the UK, along with a handful of other European countries, but there WILL be specially marked cans of Rockstar Energy Drinks.

Iāve not seen any promotional cans here, btw, and it isnāt actually clear if the Rockstar cans give the FH5 suit (not to me, though it might seem odd if they do it isnāt described well)

I was being cynical about flagged posts, a pattern recently unrelated to Max.
Every proper promotion has well defined rules and places that it is valid included in same.
The controller 32 Ford perk was clear.
The OPI makeup promotion, nor the Doritos, are clear at all.
Guess Iād expect responsible parties would throw up website with full rules on both MS and OPI/Doritos sites. Other contests have been litigated elsewhere because of opacity.
It isnāt a message board issue.
Itās 2 companies cross promoting. On them, their ad guys to fix.
I really resent that nobody owns anything, has PR flak that deals with this stuff for company, not on board, or Reddit, or wherever.
Instead, they put Max in middle. Seems to be shirking responsibility.

The FH5 codes are available on Doritos packaging in the following international markets:
āFans in Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden should be on the lookout for the exclusive packaging available in locations wherever Doritos are sold. Fans in Australia will be able to participate beginning November 4.ā The United Kingdom is not in this list.
The special Rockstar Energy Drink cans in international markets only offer Xbox prizes, not the FH5 content.
But what if I buy a Doritos pack in a country where the prize is available and then redeem it on my console in a country where thereās no promotion?
It worked for me, courtesy of the generous gift of a code.
In the US, they donāt have Xbox codes on the packages. With Doritos, you need to enter a number from the front of the bag and part of the UPC code on the back into the web site. On cans of Rockstar, thereās a code under the tab.
On the promo site, you first provide your email, then it requests a mobile number and it will send a verification code before you can redeem the package codes. I donāt remember the mobile part when I first redeemed some codes, and I donāt have any texts from them, so that may have been added later. But if theyāre doing that, itās possible they may block you if your mobile number isnāt from a participating country. Unfortunately, they also only let you get 1 game related code. After I got the Forza code, it was no longer in the drop down to pick. Picked the Halo one next, then that wasnāt available when I redeemed a third (Fallout 76).
The code on the front of Doritos bag is bottom set of numbers down by the expiration date.
The upc number is the last 5 digits of upc code.
Had bag in trash, remembered, it worked.

If you get an XBL or Steam code, I imagine youād be able to redeem it. According to whatās been posted, it doesnāt look like the products will be able for sale in the UK.

I would never pay anyone for an outfit, but someone I know bought a code on Ebay, and it worked.
