Talking about physics after November Content Update

If noticed that lmp cars now feel more grippy in corners and the breaks are no more that sensitive. Fuel consumption are in some cars now more realistic.

I thought i noticed more grip the other night as well, but couldn’t find any concrete data / discussion that stated it. Unless I just plain missed it.

I didn’t think i was just plain crazy though, but it seems like the faster vehicles do seem to drive better. (grippy better)

Is this for real, like confirmed?

Not sure about grip level but Nissan GT-R LM Nismo (FWD) ran out of fuel at about lap 3.6 in the middle of Mulsanne straight.

At LeMans the lead GT-R LM (#23) completed 183 laps with 23 pits = approx. 8 laps per refill.

Dang bro your too hard on the gas… Try running at half throttle maybe you’ll get those 8 laps lol

Well I tried to get to the moon in a Lotus and nearly made it. This is called the ‘Dumbreck’ manoeuvre. I’m enjoying this game a lot

Nice moves!

Just ran out of fuel on GT-R LM in the middle of lap 6 on full Silverstone track. That thing is supposed to have 68 liter fuel tank. 12L per lap? Seriously?

The car have lot of repair stops so I should rum more than 8 laps in real without incidents. Than this car have only fwd when hybrid system is not working. So the car must have awd in corners.

They changed the steering too. The car now turn in smoother and don’t oversteer. But the agility of some cars are gone and feel bit on rails in the corners. Now with mod cards the game is a arcade racer imo.

I’ve tested now some cars on the ovals and nearly every car no understeers massively and the steering is slow. Very disappointing. The rear of the cars feels now less agil.

A lot of the cars feels since the nov. Update like awd cars. I loved the physics and now the cars turn slower into corners and have massive understeering in the corners. Nearly every car.
Is there any possibility that I can reinstall the game without that update?
I know that there was a snap oversteer issue but that’s the wrong way to cure that. The cars are now stable in the corners but with extreme understeer. If worked know 2 months on my driving skills and now turn 10 has change the feeling of the cars.
I can’t understand why they change the physics for people who drive without assits and sim steering.
And why this changes are not listed in the changelog?

You sure that controller is ok

Since Nov Uptate, changed physics is great for me.
Before uptate, weight transfer and steering response were too strict, even some of cars (especially MR cars) couldn’t drive.
Now I can drive every cars confidentely and It seems more reallistic,
You know real car’s weight transfer is not too strict like before physics.
Actually I can’t understand that why T10 didn’t announce that physics change officially, It’s really big chanege.

I haven’t noticed any changes, and I’m pretty sure they would mention it in the patch notes, they would most certainly want everyone to know about it. Plus, if it was a significant change they would probably wipe the leaderboards clean.

Same here.

I havent noticed anything either…

This is called the placebo effect…

I haven’t noticed any changes in physics and neither were any mentioned in the patch notes. I think you guys are all imagining this.

The xbox one had a controller update at the same time a the os update, I imagine thats what people are talking about.

Same here…I haven’t noticed any changing.

I’m talking about wheel control not Pad

I only drive with a wheel, and the physics have definitely changed to more like FM4 in the last week. I’m having to go back and re-do my shared tunes. But that’s good, no complaint here. I haven’t used STM at all since the change. I’m finding my old tunes with STM work great without, so most of the time I just take off the STM advice in the tune comment.
