Support?

i would to know why it is so difficoult have support for this game?
Noone can help me?

I know the feeling! I’ve been trying for two weeks to get my Horizon 2 cars packs that I paid for. It shows that I have installed the car packs but, when I try to add them to my garage - it tells me it wants me to pay credits for car packs that I have already paid for.

There are plenty of threads about issues with the Rewards program - Forza Rewards FAQ being the main one. It is not an issue that is unique to you, it doesn’t affect your ability to play a game that is now 4 years old and it may or may not be dealt with, although it is an issue that continues to return (but ONLY affects Forza Rewards, not your ability to play the games at all).

You at least have access to the packs you paid for - and some of them do not give a free car for the first time purchase. Otherwise make sure you have done a hard reset of your console. Are there any other factors - like this is a new save having lost another, was the content purchased with another account.?

Same gamer tag/ account. I had purchased a different pack earlier that day and all went fine. This is “paid for” content that they collect money for and don’t deliver a product.
As far a hard reboot - yes. I have also deleted my gamer tag and reinstalled with no resolve. The packs indicate that they were installed to the XBOX but when you try to access the cars it’s like the system thinks the cars were installed to the garage (which they were not) and that was your one free download.

I don’t care how old the game is - they sold a product, there is a problem and no one is available to help.
