Support "Ticket" Removed?

I created a Ticket #10663 which was assigned to Forza Enforcement & Feedback on 5th November 2018.

I just revisited the site to check on progress and could find no reference to my ticket. I was under the impression that there would be a delay but that ALL tickets would eventually receive an answer. What happened to my ticket?

I also submitted a ticket as was recommended by the turn 10 rep. I’m pretty sure a few others did as well. Sadly, I’m not shocked. I am saddened by this though.

What is the point of submitting tickets on the support site if after 2 months they are deleted without a single word of response.

Even an automated reply would have been better than nothing, or even see it closed or rejected, but to delete it and pretend that it never existed is just bad manners.

Can anyone explain why this happened?

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find your ticket either.

Could you explain what your ticket was relating to or the issue that had occurred? Please could you also submit a new ticket.

18.11.2018 ticket #12329 horizon 4 wishlist, got removed abaout 5 days ago. I have allready really low motivation sending tickets when getting answers take month at least and now when tickets gets just removed without any feedback it surely dont raise motivation to send tickets. Little offtopic but one thing that i also really dislike in support is when report bug and get answer it’s like “i let team to know, here take few million credit” and solved status.

The month delay was due to having a bigger influxe of tickets than expected and therefore I was unable to get through tickets as quickly as I would have hoped.

However, this has now been improved, as Turn10 now have an additional support team member to help out with these tickets.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have previously caused but I can assure that we are still looking to improve the quality and response time.

I hope you are not including my ticket in this criticism Talby. Not sure what you mean by guys (plural)

Unlike some other people, this is the only ticket that I’ve submitted which targets a game breaking issue for me. Satisfying my request should be fairly simple since the developer has used similar code in every game they have produced.

I probably should have posted in your other thread in the discussion forum where the guy with his 20 open tickets posted
How long did it take to get the time attack class rivals back in fm7..about 12 months..they probably would have to redo all new code to add it since it wasnt built in to start with

Why has my 3 month waiting request been deleted/removed and nor solved? Has someone deleted them and decided not to inform me (the customer)… I have been waiting 3 months for this to be sorted, but instead of being sorted, they have been deleted and now ignored.

Ticket - 7042

That wasn’t my original ticket but the first 2 I made which was Requests #5335, #6750 was merged into my most current Request #7042 which was deleted

Do I now have to wait another 3+ months for a general reply? Will my ticket be deleted again?

What’s going on? If this isn’t being sorted or if you’ve completed your investigation can you please tell me, because if this is the way your customer service works I will not be purchasing any more games associated your company.

I would attach proof of my support tickets, like emails etc but I don’t know how to add them to this lol!

Unfortunately I can’t seem to find your tickets (guessing due to the deletion). Could you possibly submit a new ticket and DM me the number so I can confirm that we have received it

Mine just disappeared for no reason also. Was sitting in Forza enforcement with no replies since the beginning of November. I even added a few comments in hopes it would be noticed. I saw the thread about the “new” support site and to submit a ticket there, but it took me to the same exact place that my ticket was erased.
