SUPPORT: no code for doms charger dlc [see post #2]

I purchased the furious 7 movie, as directed by the promo, and have not recieved a code for “dom’s charger”, I have read the T&C’s and I do live in an eligible country (Australia).

I have contacted Microsoft regarding this issue and they told me to get in touch with Turn 10 themselves

Would anyone please be able to get back to me regarding this issue?

Codes will be delivered after the promotional period has ended (I believe it’s after Sept. 21).

OK, I have to admit, I purchased the extended version of Furious 7 as soon as it hit Xbox Movies and before the announcement coupling the purchase to access to the Furious 7 car pack. But the point is that I did purchase and would like to have delivered to my game the car pack that is owed me. Much appreciated!!!

PS LOVE The GAME!!!

I’m pretty sure the movie promotion was only for the Charger. In order to get the whole pack you have to either buy the deluxe or ultimate edition of the game, or buy the pack separate for $10

Its only for the charger not the pack man.

Thanks for the input everyone; I didn’t know that! But even if its just one car, I don’t think I have it as a gift as yet.

The Xbox Video Dom’s Charger promotion has confused many customers, but buried in the tiny disclaimer at the bottom:

“…Qualifying customers will receive the token codes through their Xbox Live messaging center within four weeks after the promotion ends and with qualified purchase from Xbox Store. Dom’s Charger offer valid one per account and expires at 11:59PM on September 21, 2015…”

So, we’ll receive the code via Xbox Live messaging center between now and 11:59PM on October 19, 2015, so PilotViper112 is probably right. I hope they hit the [send] button before then; they’re not exactly hand crafting these things out of ones and zeroes.

The disclaimer also contains the reminder “Offer is valid only for the Dodge Charger video game DLC not an actual car.” Nice to see Microsoft legal are earning their paychecks!

I purchased the FF Movie bundle in the XBox Store. What else is required to receive Dom’s Charger in FM6?

I read you should get an email with your code once the promotion is over, I believe, on the 21st. You should go double check the fine print though.
