I purchased the F7 movie on the 15th of Sept. and have my order ID and confirmation email. Never got any Xbox message related to Dom’s Charger. I tried going through Microsoft and Xbox support and now Turn10 is my last resort. Please tell me there is someone here that can help me.
Same here Microsoft support told me that there was never a dlc including Doms charger and that I mis understood the promotion…im PO’ed
Same I bought furios 7 extended edition back in June I think. The promotion said it would honor ANY purchases of furious 7 made before sept 21, 2015 and I still haven’t received a promo code either
im in the same boat but ms is saying that it has nothing to do with them
Read something that you had to post in an Xbox Support forum and that they would resolve it by sending you a code. I did that last week, so far nothing.
Dom’s Charger was never apart of any car pack, it was a single car, I bought the entire collection Sept 10th, someone needs to be resolving this issue soon!
Some people claim to have received the code and have the car, so why did some get it and some not? If MS isn’t responsible than why has T10 not said anything??
We aren’t asking for anything ridiculous, only what was promised us. I just want to complete the collection, I have all the other F&F edition cars.
I also have the same issue, I purchased the movie on the 21st and waited until the last day for them to send me the code before I contacted support. I’ve posted on the Xbox forums only to get my post deleted, contacted twitter support and their online chat support. I was told he would be watching it daily and letting me know of any progress via email. That was last week… I still haven’t heard from anything. Looks like I’ll be looking at getting a refund soon.

You can gift movies on Xbox Live? To qualify for the giveaway you had to buy the digital version of the movie on Xbox Live until middle of September.
