When I try to log into the support page to update a ticket I opened, I am getting a message that the account was suspended. Anyone able to tell me why I would get this message?
Mines too.i just went to login in to post a ipsec fix for forza horizon4 and I saw this error.there shouldn’t be a reason to suspend my account besides that I submitted 10 tickets for the teredo ipsec help.no1 ever helped me but I figured the fix myself.
I looked into the ticket that you submitted and it appears that our support team replied stating that they are looking into this and will reply once they have found a solution.
It’s because the team are looking into it because it is most likely an issue/bug that hasn’t occurred before or since the last update so they are trying to find out why.
I appreciate that update. Would like to still have someone check on why the account is suspended and see about getting it fixed as I may need to submit another ticket. Seems I have some cars thatt don’t show in my garage, but the autoshow shows I own them. I will have to gather the info on what all cars but I think I will need to put in a ticket to get it fixed.
No, it’s because they give that answer to everything, whether they’re looking into it or not. The forums are FULL of people who have gotten that answer and nothing more, me included.
Or maybe they don’t have time to answer every single ticket with the issue and as it states they will answer when they have an answer. Especially if it’s a widespread bug, I’m sure most people would rather them spend time addressing the bug rather than answering every single ticket.
When the team receive a ticket, which may include a new issue, the team will bug it and then investigate it further. This means we can’t give an exact answer as there isn’t one, untill we’ve found the cause & reproduced the bug and fixed it.

I’ve done support, I know how it works. I also know that they aren’t actively looking into dozens of different issues at the same time, despite what the copy/paste reply says. They’re on the list, sure, but taking responsibility for a ticket is not the same as "looking into it.
The support from these guys is absolutely shocking. I had to wait around 2 months to get an account reinstated after it failed to sync. I then reported another issue which was marked as solved, but clearly wasn’t. I got some generic reply from support, which was excpected given my previous experience so I just replied “your funny” apparently my support account has been banned. I only know this because I wanted to report another issue. One which is really stupid. Car Collectors achievements but you can’t own every car in the game because of the lack of garage space.
These guys treat customer support and games development like it’s rocket science.
