Hello, how the hell do I raise a support ticket for FH4? I checked the thread “official support & feedback”, which is telling me to go to https://support.forzamotorsport.net to raise a ticket, but I can’t find the option to submit a ticket anywhere. All I can see is some kind of knowledge base which is useless to me. How do I contact FH4 staff in regards to technical issues with their game? Please help.

Hello! Given how the mods on this site take the lazy way and just copy and paste the main link to the site and not the “submit a ticket” part, a lot of people get confused like you due to they don’t really give a more direct link to it or don’t say how to get to it. So first… here’s a link to the actual ticket part:

And lastly, the best way to get to the ticket part is to go to the https://support.forzamotorsport.net site, then click on any “Promoted article” at the lower part of the screen, after the article has loaded, scroll down to the part that asks “Was this article helpful?” and just underneath that, there’s a thing you can click on that says “submit a ticket”. Click on it and it will take you to the link I shared with you. I really wish the mods on here were as helpful as the support team on Nintendo or something. Where they actually direct you to where you need to be and don’t just mass copy and paste the same lazy things.
