Please could someone explain in simple terms how I submit a ticket.thank you in advance and all the best to all.
- Click “support” at the top of this page
- Click “sign in” at the top of the support page
- Click “sign in with you microsoft account” on the left
- on the bottom right of that page click “Not seeing any articles related to your issue?”
- There’s a link to submit a ticket in red.
They could make it simpler to just do it from this site rather than go to a different one and sign in with the same account again. Not to mention, a mod should have answered your question in less than 3 hours but here we are…

I would suggest that a Dev should have answered it, rather than a mod, but…
For the dev’s on going solution to ALL issues in the game it to ‘submit a ticket’, they sure haven’t made it overly intuitive on how to submit a ticket (else these questions wouldn’t need to be asked).
