When I went into the upgrade shop and looked at the Subaru Legacy RS body mods, I noticed there are several hood modifications that outwardly look the same. For example there are 3 options that have rally lights. Two are +10 lbs one is - 6lbs. What’s the difference? visually they look the same.

Look at the roof. One option adds a roof scoop, the other also adds an antenna. Or it’s the other way around, I forget.
On some vehicles, don’t the “hoods” also add a roof tire or massive cargo rack?
They sure do. In the absence of a roof modification option, all additions to this part of the car are done via hood/bonnet and trunk/boot alterations.
Correct. This is something it seems a lot of people have overlooked in regards to the differences in the hood.
