Struggling to play the game

I am playing on the original Xbox one and my game keeps on crashing randomly, the sound from the game can cut out for no reason at any time and then I would have to restart the game to get the sound back. I’ve had to restart the game 3 times already today and that’s without even leaving the house in game.
The game needs an update immediately because to be honest it’s broken and that’s not even talking about gameplay or online.

Also it’s not my disc because it isn’t scratched or marked.

Anyone else having these problems?

Do you have wait to get those sounds back? It’s happend me a lot that sounds disappered and then come back few moment later.

Assuming you’ve tried properly rebooting it already, is it installed to the internal drive or on an external drive? I’ve found a decent external drive has fewer problems in general than the original XBOne internal drive.
