According to my tests, Vintage Racing tires have softer sidewalls and worse lateral grip. Could have some advantage in traction.
So, is there any point to these tires other than looks?
(Jarama would have been so cool with these tires, shame it lacks them as an upgrade)

For some reason, the vintage racing tires on the Chevy Monte Carlo are better than the race tires. Has anyone come across anything similar on other cars?
Is that the one that runs the old style Nascar tyres possibly? They may well be full slicks.
