Streamer mode still results in copyright claims?

Just recently I found out a video of mine on youtube got copyright claimed by hospital records. It was a livestream video I made when on mixer playing the Horizon 4 Demo. Are all songs on streamer mode supposed to be copyrighted?

This did result in my video being bolcked, I got no warning about it, every song in the video got a claim. The only songs that didn’t cause the video to be blocked was the main title theme and Beck. Has anyone else have this happen to them?

Isn’t streamer mode meant to silence the music?
Maybe it’s because it’s the demo. Just mute it manually.

Good idea. I’d just try a third time and hopefully everything turns out better.

I just wanted to show what I found when I got onto youtube.

I had the same problem. Hospital record even put some of my videos down due to use of their music. So now I use streamer mode AND turn the radio off.

Good- ish news.

I made a claim dispute a couple days ago and today they had declined the dispute, but when I looked online I saw that the video was viewable again.

Looks like they must’ve remembered that they made a deal with Turn 10 when they reversed this. However like the other songs they monetized the video. Again I’m not interested in monetization so to have the video unblocked for me is a major plus.

So if you want to see the video now here it is.

Annoying with the copyright. I recorded gameplay today and get copyrighted a few hours a go. Thing is i want the music. Any ideas?

Just mute the music

hi guys.

I’m a YouTuber and create tutorial/game play videos for Forza 7 and want to create some content for horizon 4 but the issue of music concerns me. Firstly, you cannot disable music which leads to copyright claims and video bans and secondly, the streamer option locks you into Hospital Records content who are the biggest problem when making Horizon 4 videos.

I recorded a look at the Demo and they filed a claim with YouTube leading to the video being blocked worldwide.

Does anyone have a solution to the problem of music in Horizon 4?

thanks in advance

how do you mute the music? I turn the radio down to the lowest setting and the music still keeps playing. streamer mode is useless, why the hell did hospital records sign a deal to be exclusive content in streamer mode then start slapping copyright claims on the moment someone uses it?

Bump, also been running into this issue a lot.

Ultimate Edition, Streamer Mode is on, music volume turned all the way down > still hearing music at game loading screens (between races / sessions) and that’s still flagging the video.

Why can’t they just have it so that if the music volume is zero… no music is played? I’ve noticed a lot of other bugs in the game too - was this rushed out to release on time without proper testing?

Hi everyone. I’ve actually experienced the same issue with hospital records copyright claims in my videos with streamer mode on. Can we not get Forza involved here? [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D]. Music can be turned off while driving, but logging into the game as well as entering the Forizon Festival garage, music still plays because we can’t put it off completely. I found that setting one of the houses as your spawn in point, helps because there’s no music playing in that screen so I try avoid the Festival garage. This is highly annoying.

I just got three copyright claims from Hospital Records while playing on Streamer Mode Forza Horizon 5. They are not blocking my video, and they are not copyright strikes, which would be harmful to my channel, but they tell me I can’t monetize the video. I don’t have that many views, so I don’t really care, but what bothers me is that I should not have gotten any copyright claims since I was on freaking STREAMER MODE. Does Microsoft or Turn 10, or anyone from the game makers read this?

:S I didn’t even know Hospital Records was really real. I just thought it was a in game radio that wasn’t real. You know Hospital… Racing… Hospital… Medical attention. lol…

Though Seriously. If they see you using a game such as forza horizon 4 “streamer mode” how is it ok for Hospital Records to do claims when the music is from the game itself. Thats sorta of a insult to microsoft studios and Turn 10.
