So I recently purchased both Forza Horizon 2 and the Storm Island Expansion pack at once. I have not been playing for very long but I noticed one of the only things that I do not have access to is the Storm Island Expansion Pack.
I have assumed that I may need to unlock at specific feature, like other things, before I can access it but I would like to make sure just in case there is an issue, and I can report it as soon as possible.

Keep progressing in single player until you get to Nice. Do a championship at Nice and Storm Island should unlock.
I recently had my console replaced and storm island is locked after i had unlocked it previously on my old console. How can i re unlock it?
did you sync your game save from the cloud game save, or did you start all over again
if you restarted then you have to do as Satniteeduardo has said
You must complete one complete championship before unlocking all features of the game. This is the games sort of tutorial - you do three towns, a couple showdowns, and a car meet - and then you’re on your own.
