Im still not getting the 60 FP for the seasonal (spring this week) bonus for getting the 7 daily challenges and 1 weekly challenge.
I completed my 7th challenge today and the FPs werent added.
I’m having the same issue, just checked it as I got the last challenge. I got the 20 Points for the last daily challenge, but didn’t receive the 60 for the Seasonal Challenge - it has marked as completed
I’ve had the same issue both with this Spring’s bonus and last season’s bonus never showed up for me.
I’m having the same issue, I didn’t get the 20 points for day seven challenge and I didn’t get the 60 points from the spring bonus. On top of all that, over night I’ve lost 40 FP. I have 2535 Forza points, I did a forzathon live event last night where we only finished two out of three, so I got 40 FP ( so I’m at 2575 ) I get on this morning and it’s back down to 2535. I live in Australia and I’m on Xbox. I’m just trying to save my points so I can buy a whole heap of super wheel spins.
This is my third or fourth time reporting this issue. It is really annoying, especially for people without a Gold membership, since challenges are the only way to get Forzathon points… Please, Playground, fix this :((((((
I have the same issue and have filed a support ticket. I filed it 2 weeks ago and only received an automated response:
“We are currently experiencing a high volume of tickets. One of our Customer Advocates will get back to you in the order the ticket was received”
