Not sure if this is the right place but I’m wondering where are the pre-order bonus for FH2 and FM6 that I’m supposed to get by purchasing the game through xbox dashboard.
I’m missing the following rewards:
Forza Motorsports 6 Meguiar’s Car Pack [though I dont own FM6, should I not be able to see pack on the store?]
Forza Hub Cash reward for Forza Horizon 3 [Eventhough the app said I can claim the reward - the game never showed it]
Apart from that, I have an issue with the following reward:
2016 Mercedes-Benz C 63 S Coupé [unplayable on the PC - It keeps trying to take me to the store and giving an error. The car works fine on the Xbox1 version of the game].
I resolved/got all other rewards (Warthog, VIP on PC etc.) AFAIK.
Can someone please guide me how I can claim the missing rewards?

I just figured out how to obtain the FH2 reward. You need to access the store on the xbox, search for Forza Horizon 2 and look at all the additional content. In the list of all the car packs you should see Rockstar Pack for $4.99. Select the Car pack and go into details. Inside you will notice the price is struck-out and replaced with “FREE”. Chose the pack to download it.
This did not work for Forza MotorSport 6 as Meguiar’s Car Pack was not part of the list of car packs on the Store. So not sure how to obtain this.
The meguairs and rockstar packs are for forza 6 and horizon 2 respectively as its says in the descriptions
They are only usable in those games …not horizon 3
He stated that in his original posting. I’m curious about the Forza Hub reward though, a friend on mine had 1 mil available, yet I saw nothing. What’s up with that?
Yeah you’re right..i just misread it and thought he was like so many others that were expecting them to work in horizon 3
They should just appear in the 2 games and the cars should automatically be available in the autoshow for free
Maybe they are waiting to be installed in the manage game section of both those games
If you click on those packs from the ingame store they should show purchased
Yeah I was referring to individual games. Though I dont own FM6 but I do own FH2 and I don’t see the rewards. Not sure how I can claim it either. Will it be through Forza Hub, or will I get a code like I did for Warthog or Merc, or will I just get to download it on my xbox? Cuz so far none of it has worked. I’ll check ingame store but somehow I’m doubtful on that too…

So I finally resolved the Forza Horizon 2 reward issue.
Basically, you have to access Forza Horizon 2 on the Xbox Store and look at all the downloadable content for the game. Inside you will find the Rockstar Car Pack for $4.99. Chose the pack and go into details. Once inside, the $4.99 price should be struckout and replaced with “Free”. Just purchase the pack for free and voila, it’ll start downloading.
Go into Forza Horizon 2 and access the Showroom. The cars will be available to obtain for free.
