I hadn’t played FM7 in months, saw the new updates including the “improved” collision physics (playing online before, it seemed like I was ALWAYS the one car hit the hardest and thrown 3 lightyears away from the track at the first corner), so I connected my G920, updated the game (Xbox One) and started playing.
Long story short, now the steering wheel deadzone settings application seems to reset almost at every race start - I have to pause, go to the advanced wheel settings menu, accept the settings (they ARE displaying correctly in the menu) and only then they are applied to the game. It’s an inconvenience in single player but a major, game-breaking bug in multiplayer where you can’t just pause the race…
I know a very similar bug has existed since FM6, but before this update I only had to re-apply the settings once at game launch, then they’d stay put for the duration of the session…
