So I just got the G920 today and have ran into a weird problem with steering. The steering becomes very stiff when I’m fully steered I get skid marks at max angle. When the G920 is connected and I try pressing either A or D on my keyboard this happens instantly. I’ve tried all sorts of different difficulty and advanced controls settings without success. The issue even remains with the G920 disconnected.
I wonder if this is an intended feature which wasn’t there with keyboard input or if there’s any way to fix this issue or if I need to get a replacement for my G920.
Anyone got a clue?

Ok, I talked to another guy with a G29 and from the looks of it this is a feature with the wheel. He was also having this effect with the wheel plugged, but when he unplugged it and restarted, he didn’t have the effect with the keyboard anymore. Was just surprised as I’ve only played with a keyboard and now switched to wheel. Also I removed mention about ABS, as with further testing it actually didn’t seem to be a problem.
I’m not 100% positive, but you’re not the only one I’ve seen complaining about the G920 not working with this game. I don’t think it’s a problem with your wheel, I’ll tell you that much lol.
PC? Logitech GHub installed? Firmware of wheel uptodate? If GHub, reset settings there then go through calibration procedure press Pedals 0%-100% and so on…
With all cars or only 1? U tried default settings in control settings and advanced control setting?
Is it doing selfcal after u connect the usb (it rotates full right/left then centers)
I am on PC with G HUB installed and everything should be up to date. I’ve tried different G HUB and FH5 settings (including default ones) and I’ve also tried reinstalling G HUB. The wheel does always calibrate when I connect the usb. It happens with all of the cars when the steering input is at max. Naturally with keyboard it happens instantly.
Does this happen to anyone else with a wheel connected, like is some extra feature for wheel gaming. Or is this a bug?
