kinda how GT7 uses it for the Sport ESports stuff. Top 5, top 10 number of fastest laps, Podiums, and of course wins. i think this will help with evening out lobbies in terms of skill to if you include the number of total races run
Yes please, fastest lap for endurance racing. Add who has the fastest lap during race (something similar to the purple clock in F1).
And after race, make visible the fastest how many pit stops each one and who has the fastest lap too.
i add on the hud live feed while racing you can see what drivers are on what tire compound as well

Endurance races should also have sim damage on to add to put stop times. This would help people get back in the race if others are fixing thier car or have decided they o go multiple laps with out fixing damage slowing them down.
