Start up crash on PC

I was getting the dreaded start up crash eventhough every other Microsoft games was working fine.

I installed the latest Nvidia driver 411.70 and closed MSI After Burner. The game started working after that.

Thanks. I was having the same problem but on AMD hardware (GPU). Shutting down MSI AB solved it.
