I do not like what they’ve done with this game, locking cars and such behind the stupid dealer, now we have to wait longer to get the ones that haven’t been put through the dealer.

I want the ep3 civic type r, the r31 skyline and the valiant charger. The worst thing is that these aren’t super expensive crazy cars but we have to wait for them to be released at the discretion of someone who just doesn’t seem to understand that people want to drive all the cars in the game when they have paid for everything on the disc. Making us wait doesn’t make me want to play longer it just brings frustration. At least with the old unicorn style cars you could still get the normal car to drive so missing out didn’t completely deny you the car.

In Free Play, you can rent and drive these cars that you want (and all locked cars), not sure if you know so just FYI. I know it isn’t the same thing but it could perhaps will fill the void for now.

I know that but I want to have the cars in my collection
To race them, earn cash and XP with them to buy new cars etc.

Back in Forza 4 you was able to pick any cars in online mode and gain XP and Cash with them.
But this works not since Forza 5 because rental cars don´t give you cash or XP.

So just offer 6 cars a week (3 new, 3 old) or unlock all cars now and see that your
special dealer idea failed.

Maybe the remainder of the cars will be earned through forzathons and such and we are at the point where they will just cycle the same cars in the specialty dealer. Not saying I agree, but seems like that is what is happening.

So…are there only like 20-ish cars locked behind the specialty dealer? Because they have recycled the same cars a couple of times now? I certainly hope not, otherwise there is not much to do with this game any longer. Same hoppers, same 50 cars to race online only! Leagues are still over run with rammers and course cutters. No real reason to play any longer

Since T10 hasn’t announced the fate of each individual exclusive model, nobody knows if the Specialty Dealer list to date is to be repeated or expanded. Leaving out award cars from the Forza Driver’s Cup, there are 112 models to be awarded via other methods. 59 are still to be released. Maybe they’ll be in future SD sets, or maybe they’ll be Forzathon/Leagues/Rivals awards only.
